Improving Life at the Kenyan Coast- Our Work with the Pastors and Women in Malindi

Eggpreneur believes in working with the community and partnering with women at the most accessible level. One way that we are doing this is involving local leaders who have a deep insight into the daily lives of the people, in this overall process of empowerment.

Religious leaders are directly involved in the lives of people by being a source of hope and salvation. This of course brings Eggpreneur’s mission of making a difference even closer home. Collaborating with them has brought a more streamlined flow to our activities and eased us into expanding our reach and making the vision a reality. 

One example is our joint outreach with the clergy in Malindi, where we are currently training pastors and women on poultry keeping and entrepreneurship.
